½ Lime, juiced
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
4 Rossonero Tuna Sausages
4 to 6 Corn Tortillas
2 Ripe Avocados, sliced
3 tablespoons fresh Cilantro, chopped
½ Spanish Onion, minced
- Follow cooking instructions on packaging to prepare Rossonero’s Tuna Sausages.
- In a tortilla, layer sliced sausages alongside avocados, onion, cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice or drizzle over a sauce of choice. Serve and enjoy!
