Ingredients
2 tablespoons light mayo
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
2 Rossonero Tuna Burgers
4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce, washed
½ Red Onion, sliced
½ Heirloom Tomato, sliced
¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Cooking instructions
- Follow cooking instructions on packaging to prepare Rossonero’s Tuna Burgers.
- Layer the cooked patty inside lettuce, add mayo, salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with onion, tomato, and feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
