Lettuce Tuna Burger

Swap out the bun with fresh lettuce for delicious taste, texture and a low carb option.
Lettuce Tuna Burger


2 tablespoons light mayo

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

2 Rossonero Tuna Burgers

4 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce, washed

½ Red Onion, sliced

½ Heirloom Tomato, sliced

¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Cooking instructions

  1. Follow cooking instructions on packaging to prepare Rossonero’s Tuna Burgers.

  2. Layer the cooked patty inside lettuce, add mayo, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Top with onion, tomato, and feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
